Kodiak's Accomplishment

I am soo proud of my dog, Kodiak. On Sun. afternoons we go to dog training in Benbrook. Well, today, the owner told me that she is doing so well, he thinks I should eventually enter her into a competition. What an honor. I am in the process of now getting her registered from the people who gave her to me. Thank you Mr. Dobson for the encouraging words of competition. I knew she was a good girl and hopefully some day she'll get to enter into a contest for doggies. We have been in training for 5 wks. and look at what we've accomplished!!!! I have looked into SAR (search and rescue) and hopefully we can do this as well. She has a knack for learning and I enjoy teaching her. It takes patience, but it's definitely building mine!
Congratulations Kodiak!

Apartment

I am happy to say, I have found a new apartment complex to live in. It is a very nice place and I am way excited. As of right now, I plan on commuting 1 or 2 days a week. I am also looking for a new job because I need more money, of course, who doesn't.......(c: Here is the web page for the new apartment: http://www.umovefree.com/html/ez_villasofeldorado.htm
Anways, I am at work and I have a test tomorrow. I need to study.
Ciao,
Kimberly

Trinity Trails

My Life Today I took my dog to the Trinity Trails. She absolutely loves it there because she can run free. There is one side of the river that alot of dog owners use to let their dogs run free!! We met Lauren and her dog Sasha today. We enjoyed a good walk while the dogs chased each other up and down the hill. They a good game of keep away and they swam. What a great day it was. There were a lot of dogs there. A few labs and other dogs that I don't know what breed they were. I wish everyday could be just like this. It's so relaxing to walk along the flowing water and to listen to it. The only thing that I do not like about the water and Kodiak swimming in it is the way she smells afterwards. She smells like something dead, not really that bad, but it's pretty bad. Oh well, if she's having fun, I'll let her keep swimming. I got to get back to work, have a great day!

My Life

My Life As I sit here tonight I am thinking about why people think seminarians are weird-o's? Granted, there are some weird people here, but that is the same in every other place. Everywhere you go, there is someone "weird" to meet. I really do not fit the persona as the typical seminary student, but is that wrong? I am me and that's who God created. I love Him and just live my life the way that honors Him. So I don't fit in completely, I never thought I would go to seminary, but God called me here and that's why I am here, not necessarily on my own free will. I enjoyed living in San Antonio and did not want to move, but guess what, God had another thing coming. I think people need to accept others for who they are. God made us all different and we should be appreciative of that. If we were all alike, what a boring world this would be! I'm glad that I march to a beat of a different drum, not all beats are bad......(c:

This is cool!

I owe all the credit to Bonnie for telling me about this. It is really cool. Hopefully I'll remember to write stuff on it though..........haha That is the hard part for me. Anyways, I am going to end for now. I am going to go and explore this site some more. Later ya'll!
