p.s. I made an awesome dish last night and it was pecan crusted chicken. Oh my gosh, it was very good - even Les liked it. He can be hard to cook for, but he's come so far since we first met! :) I plan on definitely making this again. If you want the recipe - my little creation; then just let me know.
